Mark Matlock is the Executive Director of Urbana 25 for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship and a Senior Fellow at Barna. Mark's research provides insights into younger generations, cultivating resilient disciples, and knowing the pulse of your city. As the founder of WisdomWorks, he has helped national and international faith-based organizations adapt to changing times by turning data and research into strategic action. Mark coauthored Faith for Exiles with David Kinnaman and, most recently, authored Faith for the Curious.

Andy Kim is the Associate Director and Emcee of Urbana 25 and a ministry strategist and innovator with over 20 years of experience mobilizing young adults for global missions. Raised in a Korean American Christian family and shaped by the Korean immigrant church, his calling was transformed at Urbana 03. He later served as a campus minister in Chicago, led national conferences, developed impactful tools, and spearheaded strategic initiatives for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. Andy holds an MDiv from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and a BA from Northwestern University.
