IFES has a vision to plant new student ministries around the world. The Breaking New Ground Initiative has helped launch new groups in over 50 countries. We’ll share insights from global experiences, which can help local pioneering, and also highlight some opportunities to serve in universities, high schools, and camps in other movements.
Nigel Pollock is the President of InterVarsity Canada. He previously worked in New Zealand, where he was the National Director of the student movement and coached at age, grade, representative, and university level. Nigel has over 30 years of experience of IFES ministry across the world and is currently the Program Director and Head Coach of the Breaking New Ground Pioneering Initiative. He’s passionate about relating faith to culture, applying the Bible to life, and equipping the next generation of influencers.
