As an Urbana Exhibitor, you have the option to order a boxed lunch from our caterer for each of your team members, if you choose to do so, using the boxed lunch portal link below.
- The boxed lunch portal requires requesting exhibitor to pay upon exit and they will be charged tax. In order to receive a refund on the tax paid, the requesting exhibitor needs to follow the information on the portal:
- Your organization’s TAX EXEMPT Certification Letter needs to be sent to amctrpreorders@levyrestaurants.com in order to receive a post conference reimbursement credit back to your credit card.
All tax reimbursements will take place after the conference ends.
- There’s a note on the portal that states “nothing will be shipped”. (The boxes will be delivered to the courtyard hallway near hall 5 in the America’s Center in St. Louis).
