Speaker W has studied in the Netherlands, China, South Africa, Botswana, and Bhutan. Her undergraduate degree in Peace and Conflict Studies focused on minority Christian movements around the world, including Coptic Christians, Palestinian Liberation Theology, and Religious Freedom in Bhutan. About three years ago, Jesus broke her heart for both the persecuted and persecutors around the world, leading her to work with InterVarsity Study Abroad to empower students to bring gospel peace and hope to hard-to-reach places
