Andrew Scott

Andrew Scott's passion focuses on mobilizing people to use their gifts in unreached places for God's glory. He joined Operation Mobilization (OM) in the 1980s, serving on the ship Doulos for seven years. Ministering alongside 350 people from 40 nations, Andrew visited port cities of the developing world, which dramatically changed his life. God later directed him to be an associate pastor in Ireland before returning to OM with his family to serve on the Doulos again and then lead the recruting department for OM USA.
