But We Have Needs in Our Own Community

Given the needs in our own community, is it unwise or hypocritical for us as black people to get involved in cross-cultural missions? Why help to alleviate poverty, address injustice, or proclaim the good news elsewhere when many of the people from our own neighborhoods are in such need?


Having traveled all over the world, Richard lives in Covington, Georgia, and works in missions mobilization. A self-proclaimed kid at heart, he loves all three Toy Story movies.
