Paul Leary is a 1981 graduate of the University of Virginia, BS Finance. After graduation Paul worked with InterVarsity at Duke, NC State, and ECU, and then for 4 years as the Area Director in Texas, living in Dallas. In the early 90's Paul and his wife Lynn and children moved to rural Uganda, where he led a multidisciplinary team doing church planting and development. He has worked in recruiting and managing teams internationally and is now mentoring entrepreneurs in North Africa.
