In 2013, Andy Harding interned with a civil engineer in Eswatini, Africa, which sparked a desire to use his pastoral heart and engineering mind to equip other missionaries. The next three years were spent working in four different ministries, including an internship with Engineering Ministries International (EMI), before he spent five years as a structural engineer in the U.S. In 2020, Andy joined EMI staff as the US Intern Coordinator, where he’s devoted to equipping others through recruitment, mentorship, and professional training. Each year, Andy continues to utilize his experience as a civil/structural engineer on project trips around the globe.
