Our vision is as Anglicans to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ throughout the world through servant relationships of word and deed. SAMS is a missionary sending community engaging in dynamic relationships with the Anglican church worldwide, experiencing the broken restored, the wounded healed, the hungry fed, and the lost found through the love and power of Jesus Christ.
Describe the types of ministry opportunities your agency will offer to Urbana 12 participants:
   If you are seeking to minister to others through building Christ-centered relationships, expanding your vision of God at work in the world, discovering and developing your gifts for ministry, or discerning your next steps in vocation, then a Bridger Internship may be a good fit. You can contribute to reaching the world with the good news of Jesus Christ through a relevant, guided, cross-cultural mission opportunity under the mentorship of a long-term missionary. You will help custom design the internship, opt to raise additional funds for a scholarship, and select a time period ranging from one to twelve months.    Opportunities for SAMS include ministries in these arenas and more: AIDS/HIV, Children at Risk, Church Planting, Education, Evangelism, Health and Nutrition, Human Trafficking, Poverty and Development, Water, and Youth in Transition. SAMS Missionaries serve anywhere from one year to a career.    Did you know that in the Global South alone there are 50+ million Anglican Christians? SAMS connects you to serve alongside Anglicans around the world. Come and talk with us at our exhibit about opportunities to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ across cultures.  
