In Spring 2012, CAM International rebranded to become Camino Global. Founded in 1890 as the Central American Mission, the mission has always been and remains focused on ministry among Spanish speakers. For 120 years, this ministry niche has been laser focused in a region, primarily Central America and Mexico. Today, the scope of our outreach is truly global. Camino missionaries serve alongside Spanish speakers everywhere, with feet on the ground on four continents, reaching Spanish speakers in more than 100 nations. The name Camino Global reflects the reality that Spanish speakers are no longer limited to the Western Hemisphere + Spain; they are on the move globally, and we will move with them. Our vision is to produce and empower biblically-maturing Spanish-speaking believers to reach the world.
