The mission of All Girls Allowed is to restore life, value, and dignity to girls and mother, and to reveal the injustice of China’s One-Child Policy. The vision of All Girls Allowed is to see a world without gendercide, where girls and women are valued and dignified as creations made in the image of God. We long to see the global church stand up and take action to see this come to fruition. Through the power of Jesus, we want to see the world truly and simply love girls.
Describe the types of ministry opportunities your agency will offer to Urbana 12 participants:
We'll be offering the following types of opportunities: Volunteer opportunities, paid and unpaid internships, job opportunities in Boston, MA, and opportunities to serve All Girls Allowed in China on short-term missions and/or vision trips. Urbana participants can also become All Girls Allowed Ambassadors and/or start an All Girls Allowed Chapter on their campus and serve as campus leader for the group. Additionally, participants can join the Red Sea Campaign, our new online campaign that will unite people from around the world whose lives reflect the vision to end gendercide and restore life, value and dignity to girls and mothers in China, through harnessing the power of media and the arts.
Besides exhibiting at Urbana 12, we'll also be...:
Chai Ling will be leading 2 Seminars (date, time, and place TBD) called "Ending Gendercide and Proclaiming Christ's Redemption in China and India." Chai Ling will be speaking as a Keynote at one of the general sessions.
