Alice Atkins, Business Track, Leader
Alice currently serves as the Associate National Director of Asian American Ministries. Before beginning her campus ministry with InterVarsity/USA in 2002, Alice worked in human resources outsourcing for four years. She holds an MA in Biblical Counseling and a BA in Business Management and Marketing from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
DeeDee Wilson, Business Track, Leader
DeeDee is the Executive Vice President, Finance and Administration/CFO of InterVarsity/USA. She previously served as SVP/CFO of Operation Mobilization. Before God called DeeDee to use her gifts and passions in full-time vocational ministry, she started her career as a CPA. She was recruited to the Coca-Cola Company and later to Nike. During her 13 years at Nike, she directed several organizations and served as VP/CFO of both Nike’s Europe, Middle East, and Africa Division and its USA Division.
Derek Wu, Business Track, Leader
Derek serves as InterVarsity/USA’s Divisional Ministry Director in the Greater Boston area. Having grown up in California, he moved to Cambridge in 2001 to attend MIT, where he first explored questions of faith through InterVarsity/USA’s ministry, and eventually began to follow Jesus. After graduating with a degree in Management Sciences–Finance, Derek worked in Private Equity at a firm in Boston. In 2009, he responded to God’s invitation to join InterVarsity/USA as a staff minister at MIT.
Josh Harper, Business Track, Leader
Josh is the Director of Innovation for the Missions Department for InterVarsity/USA. Formerly the National Director of Urban Programs for InterVarsity/USA, Josh has been a leader in urban missions for over a decade. He currently oversees the development of InterVarsity/USA’s Global Internships, Marketplace program, and Environmental Discipleship programs. Josh started a craft pizza catering business, inspired in part by his work with the Business Track over the past few Urbana conferences.
Mark Washington, Business Track, Director
Mark is InterVarsity’s National Director of MBA Ministry and supports many national and international projects, including the Believers in Business Conference. During graduate school, he co-founded a microenterprise before earning a special dual degree (MA in Theological Studies and MBA). He also was a campus staff for nine years and an Associate Dean at North Park Theological Seminary.
Susan Park, Business Track, Leader
Susan is the Area Director for Graduate and Faculty Ministry in the Boston area with InterVarsity/USA. She began her career working in pharmaceutical clinical research while simultaneously volunteering at MIT with the undergraduate chapter of Asian Christian Fellowship. In 2006, Susan felt called to begin working full-time with InterVarsity/USA at MIT. In 2008, she began supervising undergrad staff. For the last six years, Susan was the Ministry Director for all undergraduate ministries in Boston.
