Dr. David Montgomery (Monty) was a pastor for 18 years before leading the IFES student movement in Ireland. He is now part of the IFES European Regional Team and is responsibile for teaching and pioneering. His academic specialties have been in church music, Old Testament, and bivocational church planting. He has published on hymnology, wisdom literature, forgiveness, reconciliation, childlessness, and a Christian approach to sport. David has taught at the Irish Bible Institute and Taylor University in Indiana. He has experienced cross-cultural missions in Mali, Ukraine, and Croatia.
