Conrad Mandsager has a strong record of leadership and program development in nonprofit, for-profit, and government sectors, assisting numerous organizations that serve at-risk populations to achieve impact. In 2006, he founded ChildVoice in response to the millions of voiceless and traumatized children growing up in the shadow of war. ChildVoice acts on the conviction that children beaten down by war can be restored in safe communities with loving care, spiritual and psychosocial counseling, and effective education and vocational training.
