Michelle Atwell has over 18 years of experience working at ministries and nonprofits, specializing in fundraising and development. She has served on SEND’s U.S. Council for five years and chaired the Fund Development Committee. Her missions background includes short-term church planting in Chernobyl, Ukraine, lifestyle evangelism in Russia as a college student with InterVarsity, and serving as the Missions Chair at her local church. Michelle has a Master’s Degree in Public Affairs and Non-Profit Management from Indiana University and an undergraduate degree in Sociology from Oakland University. She is also an alumni of Leadership Detroit and has been involved in several nonprofit organizations in a volunteer capacity.
