How do I get more information about when the Exhibitor Application process opens for Urbana 22?
The application to exhibit at Urbana 22 will open in the Spring of 2022 on our Exhibit Mobilization Partner website. Exhibit booth pricing and package options are also available on our website, so you can begin planning for Urbana 22.
If you are signed up to receive our Exhibit Mobilization Partnership updates, we will email you with more information regarding the opening of the exhibitor application and other conference details as soon as they become available. How does the Exhibitor Application process work?
When the application is open, in the Spring of 2022, there will be a direct link on Urbana.org to “apply” as an Exhibit Mobilization Partner for Urbana 22. Once the link is active, click the “apply” button. You will then be directed to set up a new InterVarsity log-in account to begin the application process for Urbana 22. If you have an existing InterVarsity log-in account, you may use that information to log in to the Urbana 22 Exhibitor application. We are asking that each exhibitor, even if you have previously attended an Urbana conference, start a NEW application. No prior information about your organization will be pre-populated within our application site for Urbana 22.
Once you have submitted your application for review, our team will begin the review process. Due to the volume of applications received, it can take up to 2 weeks for this review process.
If accepted as an Urbana 22 Exhibit Mobilization Partner, you will receive a confirmation email from our team with instructions to register your organization for Urbana 22.
If my organization has attended a previous Urbana conference as an exhibiting organization, do I still have to fill out an exhibitor application for Urbana 22?
Yes. We ask all our Exhibit Mobilization Partners to go through our application process, even if you have attended a previous Urbana conference as an exhibitor. For Urbana 22, all organizations who apply to exhibit will be asked to create a new log-in.
If I apply to attend Urbana 22 as an Exhibitor, does that mean my organization is “registered” for Urbana 22?
No. If your application is accepted, you will be sent a confirmation email from our team with detailed instructions on how to register your organization and team for Urbana 22. If your application is not accepted to exhibit at Urbana 22, you will receive an email from our team explaining why your application was not accepted. It is our hope that each organization in the exhibit hall space at Urbana 22 aligns with the goals and values of both InterVarsity and Urbana in mobilizing the next generation of students.
If my Exhibitor application is accepted, can I pick out my own booth space in the exhibit hall at Urbana 22?
Once you enter our exhibitor registration website, you will be directed to pick out and purchase an Exhibit Booth Package. We allow one Exhibit Booth Package purchase per organization. Each Exhibit Booth Package includes varying numbers of booth spaces, based on the package selected.
Once you have selected and purchased your Exhibit Booth Package, our team will assign you a space inside the Exhibit Hall at Urbana 22. Exhibit Booth spaces are assigned on a first come, first serve basis.
Due to the volume of organizations that attend Urbana, we cannot accommodate special requests. However, we do our best to strategically place your organization within the Exhibit Hall at Urbana 22, in neighborhoods with similarly-minded organizations to help students engage with the Exhibit Hall in a more intentional way.
I purchased a gift card at Urbana 18 to be used for my registration at Urbana 22, is that gift card still valid?
Gift cards sold at Urbana 18 were part of an incentive to encourage student registrations for the following Urbana conference. Gift cards may not be used to purchase additional exhibitor registrations, exhibit booth packages, or exhibitor advertising, or other exhibitor purchases for any Urbana conference. Student gift cards sold at Urbana 18 will be honored for Urbana 22; however, they may only be used toward the purchase of student registrations.
