Willy Kotiuga is Senior Director, Strategic Studies of one of the world’s largest engineering firms. He is a registered Professional Engineer based in Montreal, Canada, and has authored numerous technical papers. He speaks frequently at conferences in addition to advising Electric Utilities and Governments on the sustainable development of power network infrastructure. During his career, he has spent significant time in China, India, Guinea (Conakry), Ivory Coast and Senegal. As a project manager, he has over 25 years of experience in managing complex projects that involve multiple International Funding Institutions and numerous governments. He has worked in over 25 countries.

Willy serves on the executive committees of several para-church organizations: he is on the executive committee of Christian Direction (an organization doing urban ministry), he is President of Cedar Lodge Association (Christian Camping), a member of the Board of Regents of Bakke Graduate University, a member of the Corporation of World Vision, a member of the Corporation of Inter-Varsity Christian Fellowship and the vice-chair of the Lausanne Workplace Network. He is actively involved in promoting faith-based dialogue in Workplace Ministries and has spoken extensively in meetings, university courses, seminar, retreats and conferences on the value of faith in a secular environment. He is also a member of the Leadership Advisory Council of McGill Universities Institute for the Studied in International Development and in that capacity teaches in executive leadership courses on Corporate Social Responsibility and International Development. He has a PhD from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
