Scott Hall

Poverty Track Speaker Liaison

Raised in Oakland, California, Scott went to college in Los Angeles during the 1992 LA Riots. Through this experience, he felt led by God to change his major to African-American studies and invest in God’s movement of redemption in the city. Sixteen years of campus ministry and inner city living later, he became the director of the Los Angeles Urban Program, which has a 30 year history of seeing God work at the intersection of the rich and the poor. He is now the Associate Director of InterVarsity's Urban Programs, and he lives outside of Seattle with his wife and two kids.
