Sandy Beelen

Sandy Beelen attended Urbana '73 as a student and got her first exposure to missions. From Urbana, God took her to Haiti to serve in community health care for four years.   While in Haiti, Sandy realized she had great love for college students and wanted to leverage her skills by preparing students to be "world changers."  So, after 30 years in student ministry, 11 Urbana student missions conferences, taking students to Russia on two InterVarsity Global Projects, and serving in a local outreach to Muslims, Sandy is delighted to invest in Urbana12, right in line with her calling to students and missions.
