Ruth loves InterVarsity’s call to enter into spiritual leadership within a community growing in love for God, his Word, people, and purposes. She’s gone to five Urbanas and has been on a number of short missions trip to places like Vinnytsia, Ukraine and San Jose, Costa Rica along with a summer with ELIC in Zhengzhou, China. She spent more than 15 years serving Wycliffe Bible Translators, starting as a graphic designer and eventually joining the Executive team. She currently lives in Madison, Wisconsin.

“friends (other students and professors) who God used to change my life for good -- and some really, really fun adventures which I will not include here.”
Besides the Bible, what books/authors have influenced you the most?
“L'Engle. Buechner. Rivers. Wangerin. Some authors have deep impact in a specific season. These are some with whom I have a relationship that will last a lifetime.”
