Gideon Yung is the Associate General Secretary of the International Fellowship of Evangelical Students (IFES). Originally from Hong Kong, Gideon has served as IFES Associate General Secretary since 2008. He worked as IFES Regional Secretary for East Asia from 2000 to 2008 and before that was the Director of the IFES student movement in Hong Kong, FES. He studied theology in Toronto, Canada and at London Bible College, UK. Gideon is married to Katie, and they have two teenage sons, Daniel and Samuel.
