Chris Lambert

Founder and CEO

Chris Lambert thought seeking a marketing degree while living the frat life at Indiana University might lead him to law school and later to a career in real estate. During his junior year, a spiritual awakening instead led to Bible studies and then a call to Fuller and Gordon-Conwell seminaries, where he earned his MDiv and doctorate in preaching.  For seven months, Chris and his wife helped a Liberian village raise resources for a well, farm animals, and a new school building. This experience helped inspire Chris to found Life Remodeled, which has mobilized more than $21 million and 42,000 volunteers from businesses, communities, and church organizations to set the groundwork for sustainable change in Detroit neighborhoods.
