Poverty Track Manuscript Leader
Chizu is in her 12th year on staff with InterVarsity. She has served at University of California, San Diego, and worked with international students and at her alma mater, San Diego State University. She is now the full time director of Borderlands Urban Program. Her heart for the city began when she was was a student when she went on a summer project to Mexico City. She lives in City Heights, a neighborhood of San Diego full of diversity and beauty. Chizu loves to laugh, try new recipes she finds on Pinterest, and play Nertz.
